Consulting

Description:

This service is ideal for clients or contractors who have their own style and ideas but need technical drawings to bring them to life. 

HGI will work alongside the client, providing ideas and consulting to determine the overall functionality on the front end.

Clients will manage the construction themselves but can reach out with questions during the construction phase.

Deliverables:

    • New floor plan to scale showcasing the functionality of the space

    • 2D elevations of fundamental ideas  (fixtures specs to be standard)

    • 3D renderings for a flat fee of $1,500 (if the client provides a detailed material/concept board)

    • Client to provide current floorplan or will be charged $300 flat fee for HGI to provide.

Conceptual Design

Description:

This service is designed for clients who are confident in implementing the provided design boards with their chosen contractor.

We will design and source the space, delivering a comprehensive Master Document with links to fixtures, materials, and elevations. The process begins by gathering your needs, wants, dreams, and goals for the space.

Deliverables:

    • Floor plan drawn to scale

    • 2D elevations of sourced fixtures and materials

    • 2D elevation of custom cabinetry

    • Master Doc including trade schedules: paint, electrical, trim, and linked materials

    • Collecting samples for an in-person design presentation 

    • 3D renderings 

Full-Service Design + Project Management

Description:

This service caters to clients who are too busy to be on-site daily to supervise the general contractor (GC). HGI serves as the intermediary between the contractor and the client, managing essential communications and issues that inevitably arise during construction.

Deliverables:

    • Floor plans to scale

    • 2D elevations of sourced fixtures, materials, and custom cabinetry

    • Master Doc including trade schedules: paint, electrical, and trim. 

    • 3D renderings

    • Procurement and ordering of products and managing material/fixture budget

    • Sit-down meeting with GC to review design details prior to construction

    • Hands-on management of trades and problem-solving
