Hi there, My name is Hanna Geiger.

I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, in a family where entrepreneurship was highly encouraged. Those conversations and the lessons learned early on instilled in me the self-assurance to find my passion and chase it relentlessly.

A few short months into college at the College of Charleston, I fell in love with the charming city and the carefully crafted real estate that surrounded me in downtown Charleston. Coming from the North, where that type of architectural design is less prevalent, I quickly realized my love for architecture.

I coupled my business degree with a concentration in real estate and went on to complement my real estate license with a staging company. This combination of my passions for design, real estate, and business allows me to bring a unique perspective to my clients and help them achieve their goals in buying, selling, and designing their properties.

I am dedicated to providing the best service possible and am committed to using my knowledge and experience to help my clients make informed decisions.

  • As soon as possible! Bringing in a designer early allows them to influence key decisions that impact the overall design, such as layouts, materials, and finishes. The sooner the designer is involved, the smoother the process will be when it comes to selecting fixtures, coordinating with the architect or builder, and ensuring all elements work together harmoniously. This approach leads to a more cohesive and efficient project from start to finish.
