This service is perfect for clients who are confident in implementing a design plan with their chosen contractor. We handle the design and sourcing, providing a comprehensive Master Document that includes links to fixtures, materials, and elevations. The process starts with understanding your needs, wants, dreams, and goals for the space, ensuring a tailored and achievable design vision.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
This service is tailored for clients who are too busy to manage day-to-day decisions on-site with the general contractor (GC). HGI acts as the key intermediary, handling essential communications and resolving issues that inevitably arise during construction. We ensure every detail is addressed, creating a seamless process from start to finish.
Open to travel for out-of-town projects.

This service is ideal for clients or contractors with a project already in progress or a design concept underway but seeking expert insight to refine their plans. Whether it’s reviewing floorplans, cabinetry drawings, design decisions, or assessing how materials work together, HGI brings a fresh perspective to elevate the overall outcome. We focus on maximizing functionality and crafting spaces that are both beautiful and efficient for daily living.
All services are subject to a $200 consultation fee to visit the job site and determine the best service for your project.
